Hi, I'm Johannes

I'm a classically trained engineer who spent years at Robert Bosch GmbH working on virtual product modeling and thermal simulation for battery systems.

As Thermal Performance Engineer for Bosch eBike Systems, I developed the simulation tools and methodologies that ensured millions of eBike batteries perform safely in every condition — from alpine descents to summer city commutes.

Before that, I led the Simulation Engineering team at Bosch and worked as a Simulation Engineer at Bosch Battery Systems GmbH, building the foundation for data-driven thermal design.

I saw firsthand how powerful these tools could be — and how inaccessible they were to smaller teams and startups. So I built ThermalQuick: enterprise-grade thermal analysis, accessible to everyone.
